Our Fast recovery lotion is a super light, non-greasy lotion that can be used before workouts and after showers to recover from muscle pain quickly. It can also be used when muscle pain is present as often as you like throughout the day.. Our lotion is packed full of herbs, minerals, plant extracts and essential oils to flood your muscles with the nutrition they need to recover fast! Light pleasant lemon scent. 32 fl oz

Directions: Apply daily before and after workouts for a faster muscle recovery or whenever pain is present. Use sparingly until you feel how it effects you. 

NOTE: Slight stinging and burning is normal the first few uses because of the magnesium oil. If it's to strong or it bothers you it can be cut with coconut, Castor or oil of choice.
